$2500 Upon hire
$2500 at 6 months
$5000 at 12 months
*With a 12 month additional obligation
Pay: *New Wage Scale*
- Base Wage- $23.50; Increased based on experience

Hours:
- 1800-0600; 36 hours per week
Essential Function:
- Explaining procedures to patients and answering questions.
- Preparing equipment for use as needed.
- Preparing examination rooms for patient exams.
- Positioning patients for imaging exams.
- Monitoring patients during exams.
- Documenting information with computers.
- Reporting important information to the physician.
- Ensuring safety of patients during exams.
- Producing diagnostic images of soft tissues.
Skills:
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels.
- Ability to complete competency CPR and First Aid.
- Ability to perform simple mathematical equations.
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Exposure to distressed patients, families or visitors.
- Possible exposure to inside environmental conditions.
- Requires standing, sitting or walking for up to 8 hours or longer per workday.
- The ability to lift up 50 lbs.
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) ARDMS or enrolled in an accredited school.
- Class C Basic Life Support ( CPR) within 90 days of employment and renew.
- Must adhere to appropriate Diagnostic Imaging attire.
- Experience in a hospital or comparable setting.
