Pay: Base rate starting at $15

Essential Functions:
Answering calls that come into the clinic.
Answering messages in the inbox, (patient’s questions for the provider, medication refills, schedule appointments, etc.)
Work on referrals
Work on Prior Authorizations
Help support nurses/providers as needed

Skills Abilities:
1.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels
2.Ability to complete competency CPR and First Aid.
3.Ability to perform simple mathematical equations.
4.Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
5.Effective oral and written communication skills.
Working Conditions:
1.Exposure to distressed patients, families or visitors.
2.Possible exposure to inside environmental conditions.
Physical Demands:
1.Requires standing, sitting or walking for up to 8 hours or longer per workday.
2.The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
1.Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate or certificate from accredited nursing program/college.
2.High school graduate or equivalent.
3.Class C Basic Life Support (CPR) within 90 days of employment and renewed biannually.
4.Must adhere to the NRMC appearance and attire policy.
Preferred Qualifications:
1.One year of general, acute Medical/Surgical Nursing or Skilled Nursing.
