Essential Functions:

• Developing, planning, and supervising mental health services.
• Ensure programs compliance with licensing statutes and regulations. 
• Implementing programs of development and marketing. 
• Working with senior leadership to determine strategic goals. 
• Coordinating daily operations and making program decisions. 
• Hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff.
• Ensure all behavioral health operations comply with clinical guidelines and regulations. 
• Collaborates closely with Patient Financial Services following up with patient insurance and charges/billing. 
• Completes attendance reports. 
• Responsible for completing monthly and quarterly compliance reports. 

Skills Abilities:

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels.
• Ability to complete competency CPR and First Aid.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical equations.
• Ability to prioritize and compete multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Working Conditions:

• Possible exposure to inside environmental conditions.
• Exposure to distressed patients, families, or visitors.

Physical Demands:

• Requires standing, sitting or walking for up to 8 hours or longer per day.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements:

• Current Missouri Registered Nurse License or current Registered Nurse License from a compact state, or an active license in Social Work
• Bachelors Degree in Nursing or Social Work. 
• Class C Basic Life Support (CPR) within 90 days of employment and renewed biannually. 
• Minimum 2 years' experience of psychiatric inpatient nursing care. 
• Must adhere to NRMC appearance and attire policy. 

• Masters Degree in Nursing, Health Administration or Business Administration.
